Patrick is a Principal Risk Consultant with over 15 years’ experience in the risk sector, particularly in the areas of consequence modelling, fire safety studies, hydraulic modelling, quantitative risk assessments and occupied building risk assessment.
Patrick has a bachelor’s degree and PhD in Chemical Engineering. His knowledge of transport phenomena has been beneficial in conducting consequence modelling (fire, toxic dispersion and explosion), which includes the modelling required for emergency response plans and fire safety studies. Patrick has a background in academia that involved specialised use of Computational Fluid Dynamics to model a range of chemical processes.
