Lily Waldron

Lily graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Chemical Systems) and a Master of Chemical Engineering (Sustainability and the Environment) from the University of Melbourne in 2024.

Since joining R4Risk in 2025, Lily has worked across a range of major hazard and process safety projects, contributing to quantitative risk assessments (QRA), fire and toxic consequence modelling and bowtie, HAZOP, and HAZID studies.

Lily has experience supporting projects across multiple sectors, including mining, chemical facilities and water utilities.
