Sam Grayson

Senior Risk Consultant

Sam is a chemical engineer with qualifications from Monash University and the University of Melbourne. He graduated in 2014, completing a Bachelor of Engineering with honours. For six months during his degree, Sam studied abroad in Germany at the University of Applied Science. He then went on to complete his Master of Engineering Project Management in 2015.

During his time at R4Risk, Sam has undertaken quantitative risk assessments, consequence modelling (fire, toxic dispersion and explosion) and prepared incident response plans for a major chemical manufacturing facility. Sam has been involved in numerous Safety Case HAZID workshops and was seconded into a major hazard facility to assist in updating bowtie diagrams associated with the site’s safety case. He has also been involved in process safety management system audits for logistics and power generation facilities.
