COVID-19 Update from R4Risk (20 March 2020)

R4Risk would like to provide an update on the COVID-19 situation as it relates to our operations and servicing our clients.

Process Safety and Risk Management Services

R4Risk values the well-being of our employees and the people we are dealing with. Similar to other businesses managing this issue, we are being guided by advice from the government and appropriate channels. Within our office, we are taking additional precautionary measures to manage the health and safety of our employees. Currently, we are able to continue working from our South Melbourne office and, overall, it is “business as usual” albeit with some changes to the way we service our clients.

As circumstances continue to develop, we would like to reassure you that R4Risk is in a fortunate position that we can provide the bulk of our services to our clients remotely where required. We can utilise technology solutions such as phone/video conferencing as a substitute for in-person visits, workshops etc. Should we no longer be able to utilise our office, our business continuity plan incorporates effective work-from-home arrangements for all our team and will be able to continue to service our clients.

Training Courses
R4Risk had 12 training courses scheduled for this year. These included HAZOP Leader, Introduction to LOPA, and Introduction to Process Safety. For precautionary reasons, we have decided to cancel these face-to-face training courses until further notice. We are currently preparing for online delivery of those training courses and will issue further updates on this in the future.

If you have any concerns or would like more information on how we are minimising the impact of COVID-19 on our capability to service your business, please do not hesitate to contact us.
