COVID-19 Update from R4Risk (5 October 2020)

As Melbourne has recently moved to the “second step” of the Victorian Government’s COVID-19 roadmap for reopening, R4Risk would like to provide further update on the current COVID-19 situation, as it relates to our operations and servicing our clients.

Process Safety and Risk Management Services

Under the “second step” restrictions, R4Risk’s team is still fully operating under a “working from home” arrangement.  Although travel for site visits is currently not permitted (unless covered by specific government exemptions), the R4Risk team continues to operate, providing our process safety and risk management services remotely for our clients.

We have effective work-from-home arrangements in place for all of our team and are able to continue operating during this phase of restrictions.  In addition, we are flexible in collaborating with our clients to utilise technology solutions to manage the collaboration of our project team, site inspections, workshops etc.  This has enabled us to meet our clients’ project requirements, in spite of the challenges we are all facing at the moment.

For clients in Victorian rural areas, we have several members of our team who are based outside the Melbourne area.  These team members are able to provide in-person assistance if required (in line with relevant government restrictions).

If you have any concerns or would like more information on how we are minimising the impact of COVID-19 on our capability to service your business, please do not hesitate to contact us.
